Chicago Women Film institute in partnership with the Chicago Women Film Festival consists of a team of female directors from US, Canada, UK and all over the world who are passionate about promoting, screening and celebrating female voices and films directed and produced by women. The committee of the institute believes in the power of women in media and the contributions of women in the history of cinema.
